Volunteer nominations for ASQ Competition #2 13 October 2024 are now open and close 5pm on
Sunday 29th September 2024.
If you have previously expressed availability to volunteer at this competition, thank you, but as we are fine tuning the nomination process, we would be most grateful if you could kindly renominate (you will need to do this for every competition). Your patience with this change is appreciated as we work to decrease the workload for the personnel in key volunteer roles.
How to Apply:
- Volunteer roster nominations are to be completed by selecting the nominate button above.
- Individual members are to fill out the nomination form with all required details at least 2 weeks before the competition date. Clubs will be appointed positions if there are insufficient volunteers from their club.
- Please note that whilst ASQ try to accommodate nominated positions as much as possible, we cannot always guarantee the requested positions availability and you may be allocated a different role. However the volunteer coordinator will check if you are comfortable with the role.
- Once the Volunteer roster is completed it will be provided to your club to advise you of the role your are rostered on for. Thank you once again for assisting making the competitions possible.
