Artistic Swimming Queensland Inc. is the state governing body for the sport of artistic swimming (previously synchronised swimming) in Queensland. We are committed to encourage the growth, participation and development of artistic swimming throughout Queensland, implement processes that have a positive effect on artistic swimming, help our supporters make a positive contribution to the sport though building capacity among volunteers, judges and technical officials and use sound governance processes.
Our purpose is to administer, promote and develop Artistic Swimming in Queensland for the benefit of all. Opportunities are available from grassroots to elite levels for those wishing to participate as a swimmer, official, coach, committee member or volunteer.
There are 3 affiliated clubs which deliver artistic swimming programs for girls and boys of all ages at various locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay Region. Each club has a number of competitive athletes who participate in local, state and national competitions and also several recreational swimmers who enjoy the fun and activity involved in artistic swimming. We also offer number of different services and programs including providing swimmers for displays, shows, corporate events and advertisements.
